Who We Are
Tim Wald, PT, DPT Tim received his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science (2003) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree (2005) from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Tim has served the pediatric population while working with the Rapid City Area Schools since 2006. He enjoys treating children of all ages (0-21) and has experience in treating children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, ADHD and multiple other neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and four children as well as snowshoeing, gardening and fishing. He is currently serving in the US Army Reserves, is an Assistant Den Leader with Cub Scout Pack 33 and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. Tim places his passion and love for helping children succeed into every treatment session and focuses on family centered therapy.
Kelsey Vandyke, MS, OTR/L Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Pyschology with an Exercise Sports Science minor (2014), from Mary Hardin-Baylor University. Then she went to complete her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy degree (2016) from Abilene Christian University. Kelsey enjoys treating children of all ages. Kelsey has a special place in her heart for helping children overcome the challenges of dyslexia; due to her own journey of overcoming and learning to read, write and learn in the face of these obstacles. Kelsey seeks to provide joyful, practical, and family-centered treatment. She is excited to let you know that she also provides pool therapy as well! Kelsey has many interests and she has passionately sought out further training and education. Kelsey has training in the area of ocular-motor skill development. She helps children learn functional reading patterns (left to right). Kelsey further develops ocular saccade ability, (which is needed for reading), as well as ocular convergence training, (needed for attending to near tasks). Finally, Kelsey specializes in feeding therapy. She has furthered her education in this area by attending the S.O.S. (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding, as well as the Beckman Oral Motor Course. Kelsey seeks to bring families together; by providing positive, and holistic occupational therapy treatment. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family. She loves to camp, garden and read!
Kelsey Bonavida, MS, OTR/L Kelsey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies (2012) from South Dakota State University. She then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy degree (2014) from the University of South Dakota. She has spent her career working in outpatient pediatrics treating children with sensory processing disorder, Autism, Cebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and many other diagnoses. She specializes in feeding therapy and has completed multiple training sessions to further her education in this area (Sequential Oral Sensory - SOS, Beckman's Oral Motor, and Feeding and Swallowing Disorders In Infancy). Kelsey has also completed continuing education in MNRI Reflex Integration treatment and NDT treatment for babies. Kelsey is originally from Spearfish and enjoys spending her free time with her faimly outdoors doing various activities: camping, mountain biking, and skiing.
Bonnie Kohl, PT, DPT Bonnie received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in May of 2012 and her Doctrate of Physical Therapy in May of 2014 from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. She was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and moved to Rapid City in August of 2014. She has worked in a variety of settings including Pine Ridge Reservation school district, skilled nursing facilities in town as a therapist and a director of rehab, outpatient rehabilitation, and pediatrics. She enjoys working with people of all ages and with a variety of goals but mostly focuses on the pediatric and neurological populations. In her free time she loves to be outdoors walking, hiking, and exploring with her husband, two girls, and their dog.
Madison Craven, PTA Madison was born and raised in Jamestown, North Dakota. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assisting in 2021 from Lake Area Technical College in Watertown, South Dakota. She has worked with orthopedic injuries, patients with balance and coordination deficits, and post-surgical patients in an outpatient clinic setting as well as home

Jennifer Holec, MA, CCC-SLP Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from South Dakota State University in 1997 and her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Dakota in 1999. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence. She has been practicing for over 25 years and has held licensure in the states of Oregon, Alaska, Arizona, and South Dakota. She has served clients of all ages for cognitive-linguistic, speech and swallowing disorders in a hospital setting (NICU, PICU, ICU, Acute care, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient, Home Health, Geriatric-Psychiatric and Hospice care). She has experience serving children in the Birth-3, private practice, outpatient clinics, and school settings. She is proficient in diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders associated with a wide variety of medical, neurological and developmental conditions. She is originally from Rapid City, SD and was happy to raise her own family in this wonderful community. She enjoys reading, boating, power walking, golfing and cheering on her teenage children in their many sporting and extracurricular activities.

Dayaneira Sustache, OTA Dayaneira, originally from Orlando, Florida, received her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2020 and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2022 from Advent Health University. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she values effective communication and meaningful connection with those she serves. After graduation, she moved to the United Kingdom alongside her husband, who serves in the Air Force, and worked in the school system under the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). Her background includes working closely with children in special education, actively supporting individualized education plans, collaborating with educators and therapy teams, and helping students develop functional, social, and classroom-based skills. She values creating a supportive and empathetic environment that allows each individual to reach their full potential. In her free time, she is part of the Rapid City Rush Cheerleading Team (The Rushettes), enjoys dancing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
Kayla Hughes, SLPA Kayla is originally from northern California but relocated to South Dakota in January of 2010. Kayla received a Bachelor's degree in Biology with emphasis in medicine, AA degree for Speech Language Pathology Assistant and Post-Baccalaureate degree in communication disorders. Kayla has been licensed as an SLPA since June 2017 and has had the privilege of working in various pediatric settings. Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 year old daughter and animals hanging out at home or outdoors exploring the Black Hills.
Braxtyn Moffit, SLPA She has worked as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for six years, working mostly with K-12 students, and loves it! She has worked in both the physical and virtual classrooms. When Braxtyn is not working, you can find her working alongside her husband on the family beef cattle ranch with her two little boys. She also enjoys gardening, music, and cooking.
Callisa Graves, SLPA Callista earned her post-baccalaureate in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2025 and has since been practicing in pediatric care. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and earned her Assistant’s Certification (C-SLPA). Originally from Oregon, Callista relocated to South Dakota and enjoys all the Black Hills have to offer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, baking, and gardening.
Allison Lannon, PTA Allison was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She attended Baker College of Muskegon and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant licence in January 2023. She has worked at an inpatient hospital with various ages and conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, and other diagnoses. She most recently worked at an outpatient clinic where she primarily treated musculoskeletal injuries, balance deficits, and post-surgical patients. She enjoys helping patients strive towards success, even if the road to get there is not always easy. When Allison is not at work she enjoys riding her horse, working out, cooking, reading, playing video games, plants, and spending time with her husband.
Nevada Spiegelberg, OTA Nevada earned her Associate of Science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Casper College in 2016. Originally from Laramie, Wyoming, she relocated to Rapid City in 2017 to begin her career working in skilled nursing facilities. She brings experience across a variety of settings, including schools, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient care. In addition to her clinical work, Nevada holds a certification in Equine-Assisted Therapy and has been involved with several equine therapy centers through both work and volunteer opportunities. Nevada’s favorite part of working with children is the variety each day brings. She values their creativity, curiosity, and joy, and feels privileged to support them as they learn, grow, and reach their full potential. In her free time, Nevada enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband and two children.
